Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply when you access, read, or use the Shadowrocket Genuine website. This is the official Shadowrocket website and manual, with guidance on verifying the genuine app, purchasing and installing it, configuring it, and troubleshooting. Please read these terms before using the content. For app purchases and in-app operations, also review the App Store listing and in-app notices.

1. Scope and purchase terms

This manual explains how to use Shadowrocket; it does not guarantee results in any particular network environment. Shadowrocket is a paid, closed-source commercial app for Apple platforms, with instructions focused on iPhone and iPad. The App Store is the only place to get it. Refer to the App Store listing for pricing, system requirements, device compatibility, and standard purchase terms.

Purchases, payments, redownloads, and refunds are handled under the applicable App Store rules. Tutorials on this site do not replace store transaction records or change purchase terms. A one-time purchase of the app is not a subscription to network access; buying the app does not provide a connection service. This site does not provide, sell, or recommend nodes or subscription services. Any import instructions assume you already have your own subscription or server details.

2. Lawful use and user responsibilities

You must comply with the laws and regulations where you are located and in any jurisdiction relevant to your activities, as well as the applicable rules of the networks, accounts, and services you use. Do not use the app or this site's instructions to break the law, infringe others' rights, disrupt normal network operations, or access resources you are not legally authorized to access.

You are responsible for confirming that you are legally entitled to use your subscriptions, server details, and configuration files, and for keeping account credentials and connection details secure. Check configuration contents before importing them, and save a recoverable copy before changing rules, DNS, or connection settings. Before sharing screenshots, configurations, or troubleshooting records, remove passwords, subscription credentials, and other personal information. Do not disclose complete sensitive records.

3. Documentation and limitation of liability

This manual is based on verifiable App Store information and app operations. The app interface, system permission prompts, and App Store listing may change. If the instructions differ from what you see, check the in-app wording and App Store listing before proceeding; do not rely solely on older steps to determine the current state. Example rules explain syntax and may not suit every network environment.

The app is sold on the App Store. Written guidance on this site does not promise continuous connections, any particular access speed, service availability, or suitability for a specific purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, this site is not liable for app or external network availability or interruptions, or for data loss caused by misuse of instructions, configuration changes, or inadequate backups. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

4. Intellectual property and use of content

The Shadowrocket trademark, app, and related software rights belong to its developer, Shadow Launch Technology Limited. Official icons, app screenshots, and interface labels used on this site identify the product and explain its operation. Their display on this website does not transfer any rights or grant visitors permission to copy, distribute, or commercially exploit the app.

You may read this manual for personal learning and configuration. When quoting text, retain its source, context, and any relevant limitations. Obtain permission from the relevant rights holder before copying, republishing, or using content commercially beyond what the law permits. Do not alter the instructions and present them as official text, or use brand identifiers in a way that misleads people about who provides a transaction or the scope of a service.

5. Changes to these terms and help with the manual

These terms may be revised to reflect legal requirements, App Store rules, or changes to the scope of the content. Revisions will be posted on this page, and the month at the top will be updated. The revised terms apply to site use from the time they are posted. Any separate notice or consent required by law will be handled as applicable. Revisions do not retroactively change the terms of completed App Store transactions.

If you have questions about a procedure or find that the instructions do not match the current interface, first check the relevant topics in FAQ and Getting Started, then verify each step before proceeding. If you cannot confirm the configuration details, stop making changes and keep the original configuration. For the app’s official source and guidance on identifying the genuine app, see How to verify Shadowrocket on the App Store.
